Thank you NotNull for making this. Needed it moments ago and it worked. Why use another app when Everything can do it.

"Options-General-Context Menu-Copy Name- Do not show this item " doesn't work. Neither do "Show this item when the Shift key is down". Also "Explore in Everything" item (right click on folder name, not path), enabled by default, is missing from this Options dialog. Cheers

In v1.3 both, file:*. and your suggestion ext:, show all files without extension (ie. hosts file). In v1.4 file:*. shows nothing. Maybe that was a bug in v1.3 and it is fixed now.

Today I have tested mounting 3GB VHD file as a new volume and same thing happened, version 1.2.1.371 works but newer versions don't.

When I mount a file (from my imaging app) as a new volume, Everything v1.2.1.371 detects it instantly (and makes index), but newer versions don't see it at all, even when I go to Tools -> Options -> NTFS -> Local NTFS volumes there is no this new volume. Embarrassed ... that works. After editing Everything.ini (match_diacritics=1), it is persistent now. Thank you.

When I search for č, ć, ž, š Everything in the results also inludes words which only have c, z, s. Stable version 1.2.1.371 works fine in this regard.
