Does not work with either:
- custom Everyting path\Portable everything
- Non-ASCII characters (does not search at all!)
For non-ASCII countries it's useless, but the idea is great. Though does need some improvements.

Re: Everything is not Beautiful?
I hope David will not listen to such a requests. The utility has to be SMALL (PORTABLE) and very FAST, including fast GUI respose. Any excessive "make-ups" have to be garbaged forever. IMHO, of course.

Re: DELETED FILES?
I second myself by adding CORRUPTED files in the wish list. Is there any info about deleted files in MFT? It definitely is, I presume. As it was said before, it's a PRO option on has to be OFF by default. But it's VERY useful. Including the option of turning the deleted files back to "normal&qu...

Re: total commander
Absolutely agree, I use Everything with TC and it does the job almost well. But there's no possibility to work with LISTS (!!) of files found :!: The utility is NOT opensource but there's SDK for console tool. Together with Plugin's SDK of TC it could be something. As for me, Everyting with two-pane...

So, search by date\time\flags is in ToDo list? Are this attrs in the same File Table you use for filesearch? The date and attrs obviously are not indexed during MFT scan, as i've noticed...

Re: Non-european names skipping while RegEx
Found the cause of the problem: any name, starting with А (cp1251 required to view this cyrillyc capital "A" , UTF-8: D0 90 ) will be skipped. Non-capital cyrillic "a" (at cp1251: а , UTF-8: D0 B0) can be placed at the beginning of the names without any problem. Some trouble is h...

Re: Support for ETP\FTP command OPTS UTF8 OFF ?
You are welcome. Everything could turn cp1251 for cyrillic names, for example just after receiving the OPTS UTF8 OFF command from client. It's good idea to join this feature with GUI translation mechanism in case it's obvious that filenames and GUI at 99% degree have the same code page.

INDEPENDENT INCLUDE ("white") LIST FOR SERVER?
Especially for servers "include list" is very actual. The same for GUI search - items, not listed in the list, could be skipped silently during the search. Hand-typed link to any file not listed could be blocked also.
Individual lists for GUI and server will do the job in a perfect way

Support for ETP\FTP command OPTS UTF8 OFF ?
Foreign users definitely need ETP\FTP server support for command OPTS UTF8 OFF (a few ftp-clients support unicode for non-european charset correctly, others - do not For example, Total Commander shows garbage instead of names. This command turnes the names to 8-bit and many ftp-clients will read thi...

DELETED FILES?
Deleted, locked (by malware, for example) files are skipped by the app, why not to include optional feature for PROs - deleted files manager. The app will turn to ideal tool for an administrator.

Non-european names skipping while RegEx
Some of non-european chars names are skipped silently during search with RegEx enabled, for example directories with name Алкор (D0 90 D0 BB D0 BA D0 Be D1 80) (default system code page = cp1251 - cyrillic)
