I'm afraid I was misunderstood. When I'm in the result list, with an item highlighted, I can press enter to open that file/folder. But sometimes I use everything to find just one file and once I found it and opened it, I don't need the everything window anymore and I'm hoping for a keyboard shortcut...

how does indexing removable drive work?
I'm confused on how indexing removable drive work. I have an external NTFS drive that I only connect to my computer from time to time since it's a primarily backup drive; but I do have files on that drive that I don't have on my local drive, so I'm hoping that Everything can index my files on my ext...

I'm interested in this feature too - but the ini setting is not enough for my need: from time to time I do want the search windows kept open even after I execute a file/folder; it's better to have a shortcut key for "open file/folder then closes Everything" (Shift-Enter maybe?)
