I just installed Everything-1.4.0.713b.x64 and as in the past when I click on a file in the search results the entire line is not highlighted. I'd find it more useful if the entire line was highlighted.

Are you using NTFS or folder indexing -is C: indexed under Tools -> Options -> NTFS or Tools -> Options -> Folders? Just a wild guess, but try uninstalling and re-installing. I had a weird issue with another application that had been running without issue for several months and then it was running weird. I uninstalled and re-installed and the issue went away. Possibly this action will eliminate your issue.
